Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods are excluded from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene articles, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Some health and personal care products

To finalise your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted:

Book with clear signs of wear
Opened CD, DVD, VHS cassette, software, video game, cassette or record.
Each item is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons that are not our fault.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your authorisation is granted, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only items at the regular price can be refunded. Sold out items cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the giver and they will be notified of your return.

You are responsible for the cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return postage will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take different lengths of time for your exchanged product to reach you.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or taking out shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
